Office Location & Telehealth Information
We offer in-person and telehealth sessions for clients residing in Maryland.
Telehealth Sessions
We provide online therapy sessions through SimplePractice. SimplePractice is a HIPAA compliant teletherapy provider that transmits account information at the same encryption level as banking institutions.
When scheduling telehealth sessions, it’s important to consider your environment. We would like you to be in a quiet, well-lit, private space so that we can both see and hear each-other with minimal distractions. Your therapist can also share more tips on how to set up your therapy space. Additionally, check out the link below to help you get started with telehealth on SimplePractice.
We can only provide telehealth sessions to individuals who reside in the states of Maryland. Due to LCSW-C and ATR-BC licensure rules and regulations, clients must be physically located in the state of Maryland during telehealth sessions.

Parking & Building Entry Information
Free parking is available in any of the surrounding parking lots around the building
Street parking is also free along Bellona Lane
The parking lots are used by both residents of the apartment complex and businesses located on the first and second floors of the building. You may expect the parking lots to be fuller during normal business hours.
Limited handicap parking is available
Entering the Building
The best way to get to our office is through the main entrance in the front of the building facing Bellona Lane. The side entrance that is accessible from the parking lot closest to the dog park will take you to the SECOND FLOOR of the building. If you use that side entrance you will need to either take the elevators or the stairs down to the FIRST FLOOR to find our office.
Entry from the main entrance — Walk up the small flight of stairs and take a left down the hall until you find “Suite 104.” If you are unable to take the stairs, there is a ramp to your right that will take you to the top of the stairs to the left. Please note that building’s external doors are NOT handicap accessible.
Take a Peek Inside our Office
We know that going to a new place for the first time can be stressful and overwhelming (especially for neurospicy folx) so here’s a lil’ virtual tour of our space in hopes of making things a bit more comfy.
Waiting Area
You’ve made it to our office, amazing! Take a seat on one of the couches and we’ll come get you when we’re ready. There’s a water cooler around the corner, past the tall bookshelf. We love it when our client’s are hydrated.
Bathrooms
We have two single stall bathrooms located inside our office suite, both wheelchair accessible. Multi-stall public bathrooms are also available down the hall toward the guest lounge. To find those, you’ll take a right out of our office and walk down the long hallway until you find them on the right.
Offices
We wanted to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and sensory-friendly where you can exhale, settle in, and feel genuinely supported from the moment you arrive. We recognize that the therapy space itself can play an important role in the healing process, especially for folx navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, grief, or overwhelm. Our goal is to offer an environment that feels peaceful, inclusive, and accessible, allowing you to focus on connection, reflection, and growth.
Coffee & Additional Seating
If you’re leaving our office suite, make a right and keep walking down the long hallway until you find the “Business Center.” Feel free to grab a cup of coffee on your way in or out!
